Ten Mile Brewing Co. IDENTIFICATION Policy:

Per ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) To be suitable as evidence for a defense, the identification card must be issued by a governmental agency and have a current description and a picture of the person presenting it which reasonably describes the person as to date of birth weight, height, sex and color of eyes and hair. No defense will exist if the card has obviously been altered or has expired. A registration certificate issued under the Federal Selective Service Act is no longer considered documentary evidence of age, identity and date of birth. (Section 25660).

Growler Policy

We will not fill dirty, clear, plastic or ceramic vessels, and will only fill up to a 2L vessel provided the size is clearly marked on it.

To abide by the laws of the ABC, we are only able to fill growlers from other breweries provided that any and all information (including text, design elements and logos) are completely obscured.

Guidelines for filling non-Ten Mile growlers:

Prior to arrival at Ten Mile, use electrical tape or painter’s tape to completely obscure all growler logos, word marks, design elements and/or text. The growler must be entirely blank. A sleeve or sock that is not affixed to the container is not acceptable.

Ten Mile team members cannot and will not obscure your growler on premise or provide tape for your use.

Ten Mile is not responsible for improper seals on any non-Ten Mile growlers.

GOVERNMENT WARNING: (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.

Dog Policy

We invite friendly, leashed dogs to enjoy our outdoor patio with their humans. Please respect the noise level and leave talkative dogs at home. Additionally, please keep any size dog off the furniture. Dog owners are responsible for their dog’s actions at all times. If at any given time a guest or employee feels a dog is causing an issue or violating the above policy, they will be asked to leave.

We have our own resident brew dog, Barley, CGC, in the taproom most nights. Note: Please do not feed Barley. Akitas are prone to health issues and should not have human food. No exceptions.

We are a family friendly brewery! All ages are welcome at our taproom, however, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please understand that your fellow craft-beer lovers may not be as excited about a night out with your children, so be courteous and respectful of the noise level. Keep in mind, this is a working production brewery and the brewing area has potentially dangerous machinery, chemicals, and operating vehicles, please keep your children within arms-reach at all times. And of course, you must be 21 years of age or older to drink our beers.
